PE and Sport Premium

Our aim at St Osmund’s Catholic Primary School is to develop pupils who can make positive and independent healthy lifestyle choices which will enhance their academic, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. The Sports Premium grant is allowing us to enhance that vision. Through this funding, we aim to ensure that the improvements made are sustainable through the creation of links with local schools for increased competitive sporting events and fostering a love of Physical Education. In addition to this, a Mental Health and Well-being Week and Sports Week will incorporate the teaching of the importance of physical fitness and nutrition and the positive impact it has on our lives.
